Подробный протокол исследований для оценки эффективности методов контроля миопии.
Abstract
Для надежной оценки эффективности методов контроля миопии и их сравнения важно, чтобы исследования проходили по идентичным протоколам. Цель настоящей работы: изучить использованные разными авторами схемы обследования пациентов, применяемые при оценке эффективности методов контроля миопии, оценить принципы формирования основной и контрольной групп. Результаты. Предложен протокол исследований для оценки эффективности методов контроля миопии, включающий методы оценки результатов, кратность и сроки наблюдений, сформированный в виде чек-листа. Заключение. Предложенный протокол может быть использован при планировании и проведении клинических исследований.
