Abstract
Unfortunately, contact lens practitioners do not always know the methods of medical statistics in sufficient volumes. This leads to errors in the assessment of morbidity encountered in contact lens practice. In turn it can lead to erroneous conclusions. The article presents a statistically valid expression of frequency of complications, a statistically valid reliability of estimate of significant differences in this parameter between different samples. The specific examples of calculations are also given. Adequate use of medical statistics methods allows to properly evaluate the frequency of contact lens induced complications, and to use it for development of practical recommendations for professionals and patients.

Abstract
The survey results are presented of the examination of musculoskeletal system in 162 visually impaired school child (7-18 years) using computer optical topography. The method is based on the projecting of structured spine images in the form of a point matrix, lines, and systems in three dimensions bands. The control group is composed of 60 regular school students aged 7-17 years. It is found that disorders in posture and muscular balance, vertical deflection of trunk, pelvic obliquity and spinal torsion are more pronounced (p < 0,05) among the visually impaired students compared with the control group. The significant differences are not found in boys and girls, when studying the influence of gender on spine condition. The method allows to provide visually impaired school children with more differentiated pathogenetically reasonable rehabilitation assistance, considering ophthalmopathology, refractive disorders and changes in musculoskeletal system.

Abstract
There was studied 92 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. The changes in bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation was investigated using method of non-invasive biomicroscopy. In 91,7% patients biomicroscopy changes were established. Traditional therapy had no effect in children with chronic glomerulonephritis. Inclusion of chophytol in traditional therapy promoted to normalization of bulbar conjunctiva microcirculatory disorder in 90,0% cases.
