Рассмотрены основные итоги 3-го Глобального конгресса по детской офтальмологии (Лондон, 22-23 марта 2018 г.). Приведены конкретные примеры отсутствия эффективной защиты авторских прав офтальмологов на постсоветском пространстве. Показана нецелесообразность патентования только в РФ новых диагностических методик и способов лечения без оформления и ежегодного поддержания патентов в основных развитых странах. Сделан вывод о возможности охраны авторских прав с помощью публикации в высокорейтинговых офтальмологических журналах, входящих в мировые базы данных.
He main results of the 3rd Global Pediatric Ophthalmology Congress (London, March 22-23, 2018) are considered. The specific examples are given of the lack of effective copyright protection for ophthalmologists in the postSoviet space. The inexpediency is shown of patenting new diagnostic and treatment methods only in the Russian Federation without registration and annual maintenance of patents in the main developed countries. A conclusion is made about the possibility of copyright protection by publishing in high-rating ophthalmological journals which are included in the world databases.
