Кератоконус (КК) без клинических проявлений (субклиническая стадия) периодически встречается у пациентов с аметропиями. Перед рефракционной операцией важно своевременное выявление ранних признаков данной патологии, так как КК является противопоказанием для ее проведения.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: проанализировать и сравнить информативность проекционного кератотопографа Pentacam HR, отражающего кератотопографа TOMEY TMS-4 и оптического когерентного топографа CASIA-2 для выявления ранних признаков КК перед проведением рефракционно-лазерных операций.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Выполнено проспективное исследование морфометрических показателей роговицы 81 пациента (162 глаза), обратившегося в Чебоксарский филиал Межотраслевого научно-технического комплекса «Микрохирургия глаза» с целью решения вопроса о возможности проведения рефракционной операции с различными видами аметропий в период второго полугодия 2020 года. Помимо общепринятых, были проведены обследования при помощи вышеупомянутых приборов. Возраст пациентов варьировал от 18 до 38 лет (в среднем 25 ± 5 лет). Выборка состояла из 33 (40,81%) мужчин и 48 (59,19%) женщин.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным отражающего кератотопографа TOMEY TMS-4 у 6 пациентов (11 глаз) было выявлено подозрение на КК, что составило 6,79% от всех обследованных пациентов. Проекционный кератотопограф Pentacam HR позволил выявить подозрение на КК у 9 пациентов (18 глаз, или 11,11% от всех обследованных пациентов). С помощью оптического когерентного топографа CASIA-2 подозрение на КК выявлено по ESI (Ectasia Screening Index) Anterior у 6 пациентов (11 глаз), а по ESI Posterior – у 7 пациентов (14 глаз), что составило 6,79 и 8,64% соответственно от всех обследованных пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Полученные данные в ходе исследования показали наибольшую информативность и эффективность кератотопографа Pentacam в скрининге ранних признаков КК.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Clinical relevance</title><p>Clinical relevance. Keratoconus (KC) without clinical manifestations (subclinical stage) occurs in patients with ametropia periodically. Before refractive surgery, in time detection of early signs of this pathology is important as KC is a contraindication to its application.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to analyze and compare informative value of the Pentacam HR projection-based tomograph, the TOMEY TMS-4 reflecting-based corneal topographer and the CASIA-2 optical coherent tomograph to identify early signs of KC before refractive laser surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A prospective study of cornea morphometric parameters in 81 patients (162 eyes) who applied to the Cheboksary branch of the Intersectoral Scientific and Technical Complex “Eye Microsurgery” was performed in order to resolve the issue of refractive surgery possibility with various types of ametropia during the second half of 2020 year. In addition to the generally accepted ones, examinations were carried out using the above-mentioned devices. Age of the patients ranged from 18 to 38 years old (on average 25 ± 5). The sample consisted of 33 (40.81%) men and 48 (59.19%) women.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the TOMEY TMS-4 reflecting-based corneal topographer, suspicion of KC was detected in 6 patients (11 eyes) that amounted to 6.79% of all examined patients. The Pentacam HR projection-based tomograph revealed suspicion of KC in 9 patients (18 eyes or 11.11% of all examined patients). While using the CASIA-2 optical coherent tomograph, suspicion of KC was detected by ESI (Ectasia Screening Index) Anterior in 6 patients (11 eyes), and by ESI Posterior in 7 patients (14 eyes) that amounted to 6.79 and 8.64% of all examined patients respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
