Изучить изменения значений аберраций высших порядков при лечении амблиопии и провести корреляцию между аберрациями высших порядков и астигматизмом у пациентов с амблиопией на фоне гиперметропической рефракции.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В когортное проспективное исследование были включены 36 пациентов (36 глаз) с рефракционной амблиопией в возрасте от 4 до 16 лет. У всех пациентов было состояние анизометропии: эмметропия на одном глазу и гиперметропический астигматизм, сочетанный с рефракционной амблиопией разной степени, на другом. В зависимости от степени астигматизма пациенты были разделены на две группы. Астигматизм более 1,5 дптр был выявлен у 20 пациентов (55,5%) и астигматизм менее 1,5 дптр – у 16 (44,5%). Всем пациентам проводили комплексное лечение, включающее кроме постоянного ношения очков 20 получасовых сеансов видеокомпьютерного аутотренинга на приборе «Амблиотрон» в течение 20 дней. Аберрации высших порядков измеряли с помощью аберрометра WaveScan Wavefront System при первом посещении и при 3-, 6‑ и 12‑месячном наблюдении. Для оценки связи между аберрациями высших порядков и астигматизмом был проведен корреляционный анализ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В процессе лечения амблиопии аберрации высших порядков были снижены в обеих группах. При сравнении двух групп была выявлена значительная разница в коме при 12‑месячном наблюдении (p = 0,043). При корреляции Пирсона кома при 12‑месячном наблюдении продемонстрировала статистически значимую корреляцию с низким, и более сильная корреляция была выявлена в группе пациентов с высоким астигматизмом.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У пациентов с рефракционной амблиопией на фоне гиперметропического астигматизма снижение остроты зрения находится в прямой зависимости от значений аберраций высших порядков, особенно от значений комы, которую следует рассматривать как причину развития амблиопии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the dynamics of changes in the values of higher order aberrations in amblyopia treatment and the correlation between higher-order aberrations and astigmatism in patients with hyperopic amblyopia.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. This cohort prospective study included 36 patients (36 eyes) with refractive amblyopia aged 4 to 16 years. All patients had anisometropia: emmetropia in one eye and hyperopic astigmatism combined with refractive amblyopia of varying degrees in the other eye. Patients were divided into two groups depending on the degree of astigmatism. Astigmatism greater than 1.5 D was detected in 20 patients (55.5%) and astigmatism less than 1.5 D was detected in 16 patients (44.5%). All patients underwent a complex treatment, including twenty half-hour sessions of videocomputer autotraining using “Amblyotron” device during 20 days, in addition to constant wearing of glasses. Higher order aberrations were measured using the WaveScan Wavefront System aberrometer at the first visit and at 3-, 6 - and 12-month follow-up. A correlation analysis was performed to assess the relationship between higher order aberrations and astigmatism.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. There was a statistically significant difference in treatment success between groups with high and low astigmatism. In both groups, higher order aberrations were reduced during the treatment of amblyopia. When comparing the two groups, a significant difference in coma was found at 12-month follow-up (p = 0.043). At 12-month follow-up, coma showed a statistically significant correlation with astigmatism, and a stronger correlation with astigmatism was found in the group of patients with high astigmatism.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
