В представленном обзоре по данным отечественной и зарубежной литературы описаны возможные нежелательные явления, возникающие при использовании ортокератологических линз. Ученые приходят к выводам, что, несмотря на возможность развития осложнений, риск нежелательных симптомов значительно снижается при соблюдении правил использования и ухода за ортокератологическими линзами, а частота их возникновения реже, чем при использовании мягких контактных линз.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Orthokeratology is a method of correction of ametropia, which has been widely used throughout the world. In the presented review, based on the data of domestic and foreign literature, possible undesirable phenomena that occur when using orthokeratological lenses are described.
